Junior Board Guidelines & Expectations

A mandatory Junior Board meeting will be held on Monday, October 28 at 6:00 PM at the Gregg County Extension Office.

• One advisor must supervise show set-up on Tuesday, January 7
• One advisor must supervise premium sale set-up on Friday, January 3
• Members must be in 9th - 12th grade
• Members are required to sign-up for the GCYE notification system 'Junior Board Member Remind 101' for updates and reminders
• Advisors will be sent a link via email

Responsibilities

• Members will help facilitate, set-up, and work show rings during the show
• Members are required to attend the show set-up on Tuesday, January 7
• Members are required to attend the Junior Board meeting on Tuesday, January 7 to receive their t-shirt and discuss plans/expectations
• Members are required to work a minimum of one show
• Members are required to attend the premiums sale set-up following the ag mechanics show on Friday, January 10
