Tuesday, January 7th

• 2:00 p.m. - Work day at the Longview Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion (All junior board members and advisors)
• 5:00-7:00 p.m. - Ag mechanics move-in option 1 (S. Pavilion)

Wednesday, January 8th

• 6:00-8:00 a.m.- All animal weigh-in (N. Pavilion)
• 6:00-9:00 a.m. - Ag mechanics move-in option 2 (all projects in place by 9:00 a.m.)
• 6:00-8:00 a.m. - Drop off for horticulture and food projects

Judging starts following drop off

- Container garden show

- Dessert show

- Floral cup show

• 8:30 a.m. - Sift broilers

*Show start immediately following (showmanship occurs during the broiler show)

• 9:00 a.m. Rabbit weigh in (CENTER AISLE OF N. Pavilion)

Market rabbit fryer show immediately following weigh in

Rabbit showmanship immediately following market rabbit fryer show

*Breeding rabbit show immediately following showmanship

• 9:30 a.m. - Ag mechanics show starts
• 10:00 a.m. - Market swine show (SWINE ARENA)

*Lamb show immediately following swine show

*Goat show immediately following lamb show

*Breeding doe show immediately following market goat show

*Market steer show will occur 30 minutes following goat show

*Breeding heifer show immediately following marketing steer show

** Showmanship will be following each species **

** Breeding does and markets goats will compete together for showmanship**

• 12:00 p.m. - Pick up horticulture and food projects
• 1:00 p.m. or following ag mechanics show – Ag Mech Results

**ALL projects should be removed from the grounds at the end of the day.
